Telemedicine for COVID-19 Patients:

  • Testing is now available for symptomatic patients on an appointment basis.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms, DO NOT WALK-IN TO THE CLINIC.   Please call our office to schedule the same day Telemedicine appointment.
  • Telemedicine is easy! With just a smartphone or laptop, download the app called Zoom. Patients can be evaluated by video while sheltering in place at home.
  • Forward your insurance cards and photo ID to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior to your Telemedicine appointment.

COVID-19 PCR Testing Day Instructions:

Please review before your appointment.

  1. Once your medical provider has determined the need for testing, they will schedule you an appointment for your PCR drive-thru test.
  2. DO NOT SHOW UP LATE to your appointment. Late appointments or "no-shows" will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  3. Come to our front parking lot and walk through the alley on the left-hand side of the building. The first window on your right is a drive-through for your COVID-19 test.
  4. Wait at the drive-through window, a staff member will assist you through the process. The procedure should take about 5 minutes.
